PENOSIL Premium Prime&Fix - Sprayable adhesive - primer (500 ml)

PENOSIL Premium Prime&Fix are universal spray adhesives based on synthetic rubber, which can also be used as a primer to improve adhesion when installing vapor and wind barrier tapes. The adhesive layer is transparent and guarantees quick and very strong initial adhesion.

Main features:

• Excellent adhesion. The adhesive layer is transparent and ensures immediate and strong adhesion;
• Priming of the base ensures long-term and direct adhesion of vapor and wind barrier tapes to both porous and non-porous surfaces;
• Can be used at low temperatures (up to -5°C).

Areas of application:

• Adhesive: Universal spray adhesives based on synthetic rubber can be used in various places to glue very different surfaces. Using "Prime & Fix" as contact adhesives, both porous and non-porous surfaces can be glued. Ensures excellent adhesion to wood, plastic, metal, fabrics, cardboard, and paper. These adhesives are used in the furniture, automotive and packaging industries, as well as in general construction.

Not suitable for gluing PVC or PVC coated materials.

• Primer: Using the primer when installing vapor and wind barrier tapes will ensure quick and reliable adhesion. Priming of the base guarantees long-term and quick adhesion of vapor and wind barrier tapes to both porous and non-porous surfaces. Priming may initially be necessary for concrete surfaces, various masonry and wood surfaces. The primer is suitable for use on various general construction surfaces, such as concrete, aerated concrete, silicate, plaster, masonry, metal, wood, chipboard and glass.

The primer is not suitable for use with polystyrene (including EPS, XPS), bitumen or teflon surfaces.
