Eurotec Paneltwistec 1000 - Countersunk Head Screws (4.5 x 50-70 mm)

 "Paneltwistec 1000" is made from specially coated and hardened carbon steel.

The fastening element is designed for load-bearing wooden structures between components made of solid wood (coniferous wood), laminated wood, laminated veneered wood, or similar glued wood material. At the end of the thread, there is a milled groove and above the thread, a beveled hub.

Special geometry reduces the risk of splitting and special coating reduces screw resistance; i.e., friction between the screw and wood is significantly reduced.

Material:

• Hardened carbon steel, special "1000" coating;
• Suitable for use classes 1 and 2 according to DIN EN 1995 - Eurocode 5;
• Withstands up to 1000 hours in a salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227 NSS;
• Corrosion resistance category C4 long/C5-M long according to DIN EN ISO 12944-6;
• Good resistance to mechanical impact;
• Not suitable for tannin-containing wood.
