LIGNOLOC - THE LEADER IN SUSTAINABLE FASTENING TECHNOLOGY
LIGNOLOC has re-evaluated fastening technology and revived the sustainable traditional fastening detail, creating it to meet today's requirements and sustainably change the future of construction.
LIGNOLOC is the world's first shootable wooden nail, perfectly suitable for use in industrial production and ecological wooden construction. LIGNOLOC wooden nails are made from Central European beech. Due to their mechanical properties, these nails can be shot into wood and wood-based materials without pre-drilling, using the specially designed LIGNOLOC EDITION FASCO pneumatic nailer.
LIGNOLOC is the most eco-friendly professional fastening system on the market, which emits 66% less CO₂ compared to conventional systems. Together with our SCRAIL fastening details, it is also the only fastening system that fully meets the requirements of the circular economy related to its recyclability.
ONE TECHNOLOGY, MANY BENEFITS:
EFFECTIVE AND TIME-SAVINGLIGNOLOC wooden nails are hammered pneumatically. Therefore, there is no need for pre-drilling and gluing, as is done using wooden dowels. |
NO THERMAL BRIDGESLIGNOLOC also stands out for its thermal advantages. Due to the extremely low thermal conductivity of wooden nails (0.64 W/mK), there are no heat and cold bridges. |
