LIGNOLOC - LEADER IN SUSTAINABLE FASTENING TECHNOLOGY
LIGNOLOC has reimagined fastening technology and brought back a sustainable traditional fastening detail, designing it to meet today's requirements and sustainably change the future of construction.
LIGNOLOC is the world's first shootable wooden screw, perfectly suited for use in industrial production and ecological wooden construction. LIGNOLOC wooden screws are made from Central European beech. Due to their mechanical properties, these screws can be shot into wood and wood-based materials without pre-drilling, using the specially designed LIGNOLOC EDITION FASCO pneumatic nailer.
LIGNOLOC is the most eco-friendly professional fastening system on the market, which emits 66% less CO₂ compared to conventional systems. Together with our SCRAIL fastening details, it is also the only fastening system that fully meets the requirements of the circular economy related to its recyclability.
ONE TECHNOLOGY, MANY BENEFITS:
EFFECTIVE AND TIME-SAVINGLIGNOLOC wooden screws are driven pneumatically. Therefore, there is no need for pre-drilling and gluing, as is done with wooden dowels. |

NO THERMAL BRIDGESLIGNOLOC also stands out for its thermal benefits. Due to the extremely low thermal conductivity of wooden screws (0.64 W/mK), no heat and cold bridges are formed. |
