LIGNOLOC - THE LEADER IN SUSTAINABLE FASTENING TECHNOLOGY
LIGNOLOC has reimagined fastening technology and revived a sustainable traditional fastening detail, redesigning it to meet today's requirements and sustainably change the future of construction.
LIGNOLOC is the world's first shootable wooden nail, perfectly suited for use in industrial production and ecological wooden construction. LIGNOLOC wooden nails are made from Central European beech. Due to their mechanical properties, these nails can be shot into wood and wood-based materials without pre-drilling, using a specially designed LIGNOLOC EDITION FASCO pneumatic nailer.
LIGNOLOC is the most eco-friendly professional fastening system on the market, emitting 66% less CO₂ compared to conventional systems. Along with our SCRAIL fastening details, it is also the only fastening system that fully meets the requirements of the circular economy related to its recyclability.
ONE TECHNOLOGY, MANY BENEFITS:
EFFICIENT AND TIME-SAVINGLIGNOLOC wooden nails are driven pneumatically. Therefore, there is no need for pre-drilling and gluing as is done with wooden dowels. |
NO THERMAL BRIDGESLIGNOLOC also stands out for its thermal advantages. Due to the extremely low thermal conductivity of wooden nails (0.64 W/mK), it significantly reduces thermal bridges in constructions, improving energy efficiency in buildings. |
