Zettex Spraybond X70 Primer is a ready-to-use, single-component universal spray primer based on synthetic resins and rubber. Zettex Spraybond X70 Primer has been specially designed to strengthen all types of substrates that will have adhesive coatings applied to them.

Application areas
Suitable for forming an adhesive base on these materials: uncovered metal substrates, bituminous materials, wood and concrete, plastics and laminated insulating materials.
Usage
The materials to be glued must be dry, free of dust and grease. Loose paint layers or dust, debris and other uneven structures should be mechanically removed. Then gently spray the primer onto the surfaces to be treated. The ideal distance between the substrate and the aerosol is 30 cm. Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, but on average about 15-30 minutes. Once the primer has been well absorbed, adhesive tapes can be applied.

Shelf life
