Zettex Spraybond X100 Foambond is a universal, single-component polyurethane foam adhesive, designed for quick and efficient bonding of insulation materials. It is ideal for those working with EPS, XPS, PUR, PU, mineral wool, stone wool, cork, and other foam materials. Due to strong initial adhesion, these adhesives are perfect for vertical and overhead surface bonding, such as wall insulation or roof renovation.
With quick hardening achieved in just one hour and BDA certified wind resistance, Spraybond X100 is a reliable choice for strong and long-lasting adhesion even on open surfaces. These adhesives allow precise dosing, thus reducing material losses, and their composition does not contain solvents, making them safe for sensitive materials such as polystyrene. Spraybond X100 is an economical solution that covers up to 12 m² per can and retains its properties for up to 18 months when kept in a sealed package.
