Free standard delivery within Lithuania for orders over €100.

What are the warranty and return policies when purchasing at Ottensten?
Warranty: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Warranty is void if products are damaged, misused, returned without proof of purchase, or worn by normal use. Warranty repairs are completed within 14–21 days, or up to 45 days if parts must be imported.
Returns: You may return products within 14 working days of receipt (except factory-defective items) in original, undamaged packaging, indicating item name, order number, and reason for return. Return shipping is at your expense; refunds exclude original shipping costs and are made to your bank account unless otherwise agreed.
